CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment ("No Show") will forfeit that session. Mobile Service Requirements The client must provide a clean, safe, quiet, and smoke-free environment with enough space for the massage table. RelaxRx Mobile Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.
